Our people
Eugene Fernandez- Managing Partner.
EdD (In progress), MPhil (Dist), Dip T&A, Dip Bus, Cert Personnel, FIMCA, MAICD
Eugene has over 20 years experience facilitating leadership development, and dynamic change processes within large corporations and government organisations internationally. He is also used by senior teams as a team coach, team therapist and a mentor. Some of his clients have included: Bunnings, BHP Billiton, Cerebos, Fairfax Masterfoods, Roche, Reserve Bank, SunMicrosystems,, Oilsearch, Thomas Cook, Carlton United, Sun Alliance, MMI, Viking, Sinclair Knight Merz, State Revenue, State Rail and various federal and state government departments and universities. Over 3000 managers have actively participated in his development interventions.
Eugene has an international reputation for his work in action research/learning. His current research focuses on assisting senior managers in developing and implementing deeper thinking and reflection processes to deal with complexity, uncertainty and change.
His previous roles include: Program Director for Melbourne Business Schools Mt Eliza Centre for Executive Education; Senior Partner, International Management Centres Association; Program Director, Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM); Management Consultant/Trainer for the Australian Institute of Management; and Manager of Organisational Development and Diversity for a large Australian Government Department.

Wendy Short- Administration and Accounts Director.
Wendy has over 15 years experience as a Company Director and Manager. She has managed the accounts function for large & mid-tier legal and consulting firms such as Westgarth Baldick, MCClellands, Denis & Co, KoorQud and Intercontinental Investments. Wendy manages and coordinates our associates, contract staff and the administration function.
Wayne Short- IT and Technology Solutions Expert.
Wayne originally started his career as a chemical engineer working at ICI. Since then he has been a systems analyst and manager of IT Teams in both government and private enterprise, designing and setting up corporate wide solutions. Wayne is also the President and on the Board of the National Space Society of Australia, a not for profit advocacy organisation. He is a driving force in propelling the society forward and coordinating their conference and workshops which attract scientists, businesses and the general public.
